Hi I'm Sacha, a qualified Hypnotherapist, certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and trainee psychotherapies and I'm based in Dartford, Kent. I work face to face from my cosy studio and also remotely across the UK and internationally.
Working together, I use hypnotherapy and my coaching skills to support you to change habits, realise your full potential and reach your goals.
I work with children over 11 years and adults.
